Accessibility Statement

1. Our commitment

Licensedproducer is built to help people — many of them seniors and their families — find a trustworthy insurance professional. That only works if everyone can use the site, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboards, voice control, magnification, or reduced-motion settings. We are committed to meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.

2. Current status

Partially conformant. Most of the Service meets WCAG 2.2 AA. Some parts, listed below, do not fully conform yet, and we are working through them. This statement was last reviewed on September 1, 2026.

3. What we have in place

• A "Skip to main content" link at the top of every page, a single main landmark, and a logical heading structure.
• Full keyboard operability with visible focus indicators on links, buttons, and form fields.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images and icons; decorative icons are hidden from assistive technology.
• Form fields with programmatic labels, inline error messages announced to screen readers, and no time limits on completing forms.
• Colour contrast designed to meet 4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for large text and UI components.
• Large, well-spaced tap targets — the review page uses 46-pixel star buttons and 18-pixel-plus text sized for older readers.
• Respect for the prefers-reduced-motion setting: animations and transitions are disabled when it is on.
• Responsive layouts that reflow at 320 pixels wide and support 200% browser zoom without horizontal scrolling.
• Accessible names on interactive controls, dialog roles on modals and the cookie banner, and no content that flashes.

4. Known limitations

• Bot-protection widget. The Cloudflare Turnstile challenge is a third-party component; its accessibility is controlled by Cloudflare. If you cannot complete it, contact us and we will help you finish your request another way.
• Imported call-recording testimonials are audio only. We are adding transcripts; until then, ask us for a text version of any recording.
• Agent-uploaded photos and biographies are written by independent agents and may lack alt text or use low-contrast wording. We provide a generic description where an agent has not.
• Some marketing-style sections on the home page use decorative colour combinations that may fall below 4.5:1 on small text. We are adjusting them.
• Third-party fonts and styles load from external providers; if they fail to load, the site falls back to system fonts.

5. Report a barrier

If you encounter anything on the Service that is hard to use, please tell us. Email support@licensedproducer.com with the page address, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or browser you use. We acknowledge accessibility reports within 5 business days and aim to fix confirmed barriers within 30 days or provide an accessible alternative sooner.

6. Alternative access

If you cannot use part of the Service, we will complete the same task for you another way: we can take a Quote Request or review by email or phone, send an agent's public profile as accessible text, or provide any document in an alternative format. Email support@licensedproducer.com.

7. Technical information

The Service is built with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript, and is tested with recent versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge; with VoiceOver on macOS and iOS, NVDA on Windows, and TalkBack on Android; and with automated tools (axe, Lighthouse) alongside manual keyboard and screen-reader checks. Accessibility is reviewed at least twice a year and whenever a major feature ships.
