Delete Your Account

Plain-language summary: Delete from Settings in one step, or email us if you can't sign in. Everything tied to your account is removed immediately; the few things we keep are listed below.

1. Option 1 — Delete from the app or website (fastest)

  • Agents: sign in → Dashboard → Settings → Account → Delete account → type DELETE to confirm.
  • Clients: sign in → My Dashboard → Delete account → type DELETE to confirm.

Deletion runs immediately in one step and cannot be undone. You are signed out everywhere as soon as it completes.

2. Option 2 — Can't sign in? Request deletion by email

Email support@licensedproducer.com from the email address on the account with the subject "Account Deletion Request." We verify you control that address and delete the account within 30 days, then confirm by email. No account? You can still ask us to delete Quote Requests or reviews tied to your email or phone number: Your Privacy Choices.
